Set Up & Equipment

  • Keep the attackers away from the wide areas

  • Defenders have to move across the pitch quickly to deny space to travel into

  • Attackers receive 2 points if they score by moving through a wide area

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards total

Goal Line to Wide Areas: 15 yards

Wide Areas to Positional Cones: 20 yards

Cones to End Line: 5 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small goals)
