  • Defending team gain a point for scoring in the small goals upon winning the ball

  • Players can change over

Depth: 30 - 35 yards

Width: 25 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
