Set Up & Equipment

  • Use the line for the defending team to stay behind until they are ready to try to win the ball

  • Attacking team aim to play into the player in the end zone. Can’t be played from the defensive 3rd or overhead pass.

  • Add in another goal if you have one for the attacking team to score into
