Set Up & Equipment

  • Defensive team focus on limiting the space the attackers have in the main zone

  • Look to force the ball one way and force into congested areas

  • Insert end zones if you don’t have goalkeepers

Set Up:

Depth: 45 yards total

Defensive 3rd: 30 yards

Midfield 3rd: 15 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
