Set Up & Equipment

  • One point if the attackers dribble in to wide end zones

  • Two points if the attackers score in central goal/goals

  • Defenders aim to stay central and be strong 1 v 1 when forcing the ball wide

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards.

Endzones: 10 yards

Width: 40 yards.

Central Area: 20 yards,

Wide Areas: 2 x 10 yards.
