Set Up & Equipment

  • Players locked in to start but it can change and allow an attacker to drop in or step in with the ball and allow a defender to step in to the attackers zone

  • Defending team shuffle and slide as a unit to keep gaps close

  • Attacking team get a point each time they play through

  • No overhead height passes

Set Up:

Depth: 30 Yards, split into 3 x 10 yard zones.

Width: 20 yards.

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones
