Four Corner Model

Set Up & Equipment

• Players locked into each half

• Ball cannot go overhead height

• Defensive team slide as a unit and ensure their player in the opposite half is cutting out passes and force the ball one way

• Point each time a team plays through

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards.

Middle Zone: 2 x 15 yard zones.

Endzone: 2 x 5 yard zones.

Width: 25 yards.

• Bibs

• Cones
