Set Up & Equipment

  • Players are locked into their zones except the second line of defenders if the ball is played through

  • Remove the zones as a progression

  • Small goals can be added for the defending team to score in once winning the ball

  • Have to stay connected and slide across as a unit

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards.

Part 1: 5 x 10 zones.

Part 2: 2 x 20, 1 x 10 zone.

Part 3: 50 yards

Width: 40 yards.

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Goal
