Set Up & Equipment

• Attackers can score from either side and no limit on touches

• Players aren’t locked in but the zones are a start point

• Defenders get a point for winning the ball and can change sides after winning the ball a set amount of times

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones (Flat markers if possible)

• Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
