  • Attacking team look to knock off the balls in the middle

  • Defenders move to protect and cut off the angles

  • Change players in the middle after a set time

Set Up:

Depth: 20 yards

Width: 25 yards

Central area: 5 yards

Outer areas: 2 x 10 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)
