  • Attacking team receive 2 points by scoring in central areas

  • 1 point scoring from wide areas

  • Defenders force the ball wide and away from goal

Set Up:

Depth: 35 yards

Width: 35 yards

Central area: 15 yards

Wide areas: 2 x 10 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
