Set Up & Equipment

  • If you don’t have a GK then add in an end zone

  • Defenders have to stay connected and manage distances

  • Defenders can score by winning the ball and dribbling past the line

  • Attackers can score whenever they want

Set Up:

Depth: 25 yards.

20 yards for main area.

Goalkeeper 5 yards further back

Width: 40 yards.

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Goal
