  • Force the attacker away from central areas

  • Players around the ball limit the space

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 30 yards

Central area: 10 x 10 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
