Set Up & Equipment

  • Offside line is the final third

  • Defenders have to move as a unit or there will be space for the opposition to penetrate

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 50 yards total

Final 3rd: 20 yards

Middle 3rd: 30 yards

(Width & Depth can be switched)

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
