Set Up & Equipment

  • Reds look to play into the two forwards

  • Blues look to force the ball away from the forwards

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 55 yards total

Low zone: 20 yards

Middle zone: 10 yards

High zone: 25 yards

(Width & Depth can be swapped)

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
