  • Attackers score by dribbling past defenders and past the line

  • Defenders score by winning the ball and dribbling past the line

Set Up:

Depth: 20 yards. Goalkeeper 5 yards further back

Width: 40 yards. 20 yards each zone

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones
