Set Up & Equipment

  • Deeper defenders look to step in relation with the ball

  • Force the ball to one side

  • Reds look to receive in the middle zone to turn and attack

Set Up:

Depth: 60 yards total

High & Low zones: 2 x 25 yards

Middle area: 10 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
