Set Up & Equipment

  • Two players in the end zone are locked in but look to change them over

  • Defenders have to apply pressure on the ball quickly and the players around the ball have to close space

  • Progression can see the attackers not locked in and instead can receive and take the ball into the end zone

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards total

Goal Line to CB’s: 10 yards

CB’s to FB’s: 10 yards

FB’s to Midfielders: 15 yards

Midfielders to End Line: 5 yards

Width: 30 yards

Midfielder boxes: 2 x 5 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones
