Set Up & Equipment

  • Players have to stay in their lanes

  • Defenders can score by winning the ball and dribbling past the line

  • Attackers score by taking the defender on and dribbling past the line

Set Up:

Depth: 20 yards. Goalkeeper 5 yards further back.

Width: 40 yards. 10 yards for each zone.

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones
