Change of movement and direction to attack and clear the cross
Description
In this session we are focusing on changing of movement and direction to attack and clear the cross. The drill begins with the player stepping up and round the cone ahead before transitioning to back pedal around the cone by the far post. Once the player moves round the far cone, the coach then looks to cross the ball into the box for the player to attack and clear away from goal. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least two times per side.
