Shuffle and slide to step out and restrict the attacker space
Description
In this session we are focusing on shuffling and sliding to step out and restrict the attacker space. The drill begins with player 1 shuffling across before stepping out quickly to close the attacker down. Player 2 then looks to drive into space with player 1 restricting the attackers space. The player should ensure they retain a low body shape and maintain a good distance. Each set should consist of 1 - 3 reps per player and should be completed at least three times.
