Shuffling out to attack the ball and transition to cover ground quickly
Description
In this session we are focusing on shuffling out to attack the ball and transition to cover ground quickly. The drill begins with the player shuffling through the cones to then attack the ball thrown in the air. The player should look to head the ball high away and maintain contact through the ball. The player then looks to transition to back pedal around the cone and then accelerate out to cover ground quickly. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
