Forward passes and react to work the feet quickly to block
Description
In this session we are focusing on forward passes and react to work the feet quickly to block. The drill begins with the player moving off the cone/pole to receive the ball, open out and play forward. The player then looks to react quickly to work across and back through the agility ladder and block the pass. The player should stay light on their feet and pump the arms to work through the ladders quickly. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
