Jockeying down the line and shuffling back inside

Description

In this session we are focusing on jockeying down the line and shuffling back inside the pitch. If you are working with two players, one player can take the place of the coach. The drill begins with the player accelerating towards the coach. As they approach the cone/pole they look to slow down, retain a low body shape and get the right angle and distance away from the coach as they look to show down the line. The player looks to cut off the inside of the pitch all the way to the deeper cone. As the player reaches the cone, they look to transition to shuffle back inside the pitch and then repeat the drill. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
