Stepping up to head and footwork to travel across quickly
Description
In this session we are focusing on stepping up to head and footwork to travel across quickly. The drill begins with the player moving towards the pole to then drop back and head the ball away. The player then looks to move to the outside of the cone, to receive and set the ball back first time, before moving through the cones to repeat. Each set should consist of 4 - 8 reps and should be completed at least three times.
