Travelling across the goal quickly to intercept the ball
Description
In this session we are focusing on travelling across the goal quickly to intercept the ball. The drill begins with the player moving across the ladder/cones, before moving out to the pole and then recovering across the goal. The player recovers across to increase the chance of intercepting the ball. The coach looks to bounce the ball of the board as the player moves across the deeper pole so they have to travel to intercept. Each set should consist of 4 - 8 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
