Transition from stepping out to jockeying and blocking

Description

In this session we are focusing on transitioning from stepping out to jockeying and blocking. The drill begins with the player moving towards the coach. The coach will start to dribble towards the player at any time. When the coach starts dribbling the player looks to transition quickly to jockey. The player needs to ensure they are low and light on their feet and that they are showing the coach one side. Once the player reaches the cone they travel to and round the deeper cone to then block a shot from the coach. Eat set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
