Body shape when jockeying, receiving and recovering to block

Description

In this session we are focusing on our body shape when jockeying, receiving and recovering to block. The drill begins with the coach dribbling towards the player. The player looks to adjust their body shape to show the coach one way. Once the player reaches the middle cone they move out to a wide cone to receive the ball on the back foot and play forward. The body shape should be open. The player then looks to recover across quickly to block a shot, ensuring they see the ball at all times. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
