Ball control, heading and recovering to block
Description
In this session we are focusing on our ball control, heading and recovering to block. The drill begins with the coach bouncing the ball into the player for them to adapt, control and play back to the coach. The player then moves round the cone to attack the ball in the air and head clear. The player then looks to react to move across goal and block the shot. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least two times per side. Concentration and quickness to react are important factors to relay onto the player.
