Body shape and range of movements to adapt and clear
Description
In this session we are focusing on our body shape and range of movements to adapt and clear. The drill begins with the coach shouting a colour/number of a cone to move towards. The player then travels backwards to one of the cones behind to either control a bouncing ball or head the ball clear. The player should adapt their body shape to always see the ball and be side on when travelling backwards. Each set should last between 30 - 60 seconds and should be completed at least three times.
