Stepping up quickly to head clear and react to block
Description
In this session we are focusing on stepping up quickly to head clear and react to block. The drill begins with player 1 passing the ball to player 2. Player 1 then looks to step up and round the cone to then head the ball away thrown by the coach. The player then looks to react instantly to drop back in to block a shot by player 2. The drill is then repeated on the opposite side. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least two times per player.
