Transitioning quickly to block and protect the house
Description
In this session we are focusing on transitioning quickly to block and protect the house. The drill begins with the player moving to one of the four outer cones before transitioning back in the middle block the pass from hitting the ball on the cone. The player then moves to another outer cone before blocking from the opposite side. The player should ensure that when they reach the outer cone that they adapt the body shape and movement to travel back to the middle quickly. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times per player.
