Attack the header, step to intercept and win the loose ball
Description
In this session we are focusing on attack the header, step to intercept and react to win the loose ball. The drill begins with the coach throwing the ball up for the player to attack and head. The coach then drops the ball in front of the pole/mannequin for the player to step in front and intercept. The coach then throws the ball over the player for them to travel quickly to control the ball and play back to the coach. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
