Varying movements to head and receive to play

Description

In this session we are focusing on varying movements to head and receive to play. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who looks to move to receive on the back foot to open out and play back to the coach. The player then looks to step up to the middle cone before then back pedalling to the pole/mannequin behind where the coach then throws the ball up for the player to head clear. Once the player has headed the ball away they look to step out and back to receive again and repeat. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
