Heading when travelling backwards to transition to shuffle
Description
In this session we are focusing on heading when travelling backwards to transition to shuffle. The drill begins with the player stepping up to the cone ahead before transitioning to backpedal and then head the ball clear. The player then looks to shuffle out to the wide cone and back to the middle to repeat. The player should stay light on their feet and time their jump to meet the ball to head high. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
