• Passes need to be sharp and executed well to enable first time passes

• Slow the practice down at first to allow the players to understand the passes and movements

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards total

Goal line to ST: 20 yards

ST to CM: 10 yards

CM to Start point: 10 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs (If there is more than one group/defenders added)

• Cones
