Attacking the cut back and the deep cross

Set Up & Equipment

  • Change players over after a set time

  • Cut back should be on the floor

  • Deep cross should be whipped in the air

  • Wait for the attackers to get back out to the mannequins before the second cross begins

Set Up:

Depth: 35 yards

Width: 40+ yards

  • Balls

  • Cones

  • Poles/Mannequins (Optional)
