Set Up & Equipment

  • Wide players are locked in to start

  • Attack the full back at speed

  • Full back needs support inside to combine or switch the play if the cross isn’t on

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 45 yards total

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sides goals)
