Set Up & Equipment

  • Wide players should work off different lines (One inside, one outside)

  • Attack the space quickly and get the defenders on the back foot

Set Up:

Depth: 40 - 50 yards

Width: 40+ yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)
