Set Up & Equipment

  • Timing of movement is important from the Winger and the Full back, don’t move too early.

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards total:

Goal line to ST: 25 yards

ST to Start point: 15 yards

Width: 40 yards total (2 x 20 yards either side of start point)

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs (If there is more than one group/defenders involved)

  • Cones

  • Poles/Mannequins
