Set Up & Equipment

  • One blue defender is locked in

  • Reds are free to move

  • Teams swap over if the defending team score

  • When ST drops in wide players should look to move high

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards total

Final 3rd: 20 yards

Middle zone: 5 yards

Midfield/Defensive 3rd: 25 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)

  • Poles (alternative to small goals)
