Beating the 3 v 1 to attack 3 v 2 and counter 4 v 3

Set Up & Equipment

  • If the reds win the ball in the 3 v 2 then the extra player comes in to go 4 v 3 straight away

  • Line across is the offside line for the reds in the 4 v 3, to stop the ball going straight into the ST

  • Rotate the teams after a set amount of time/reps

Set Up:

Depth: 35 yards

Width: 25 - 30 yards

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones
