Recycling the ball to play into front 3 and attack

Set Up & Equipment

  • Deeper players move the ball between themselves until the coach shouts ‘GO’ when they then play into the front 3

  • Full backs can support the attack

  • Can add in more blue players to screen passes.

  • Front 3 need to be on the move as the ball moves across the pitch

Set Up:

Depth: 40 - 45 yards

Width: 30 - 40 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
