• Players have to receive and take the ball into the final 3rd or dribble into the final 3rd.

• Attacker is unopposed in the final 3rd - 3 seconds to shoot.

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 20 yards + More space if needed in final 3rd

• Cones
