Set Up & Equipment

  • Can only score past the line - either dribble into the area or receive in the area

  • Attack the opposite goal after scoring

Set Up:

Depth: 20 yards.

Width: 20 yards.

Goals/End zones: 3 x 5 yards.

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles/End zones (Alternative to small sided goals)
