• Have to be comfortable receiving in tight spaces

• Teams can score in either goal

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 30 yards

Middle area: 8 x 8 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones

• Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
