Set Up & Equipment

• Players have to be brave to receive with their back to goal

• Only locked in until the ball gets played into the final third

• Teams can change over after defenders score and score set amount of goals

Set Up:

Depth: 45 yards

High zone: 25 yards

Low zone: 20 yards

Width: 50 yards in total

Central area: 30 yards

Goal areas: 2 x 10 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones

• Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
