Set Up & Equipment

  • Wing backs locked into the wide areas

  • Score direct from the wing back = 2 points

  • Both teams can use the wing backs

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards

Width: 50 yards (Can increase)

Central area: 30 yards

Wide areas: 2 x 10 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers is possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
