Set Up & Equipment

  • Movement has to be sharp and players should look to pull defenders away to create space

  • Defending team look to score in the small goals if they win the ball

Set Up:

Depth: 35 yards total

Goal line to Wide players: 25 yards

Wide players to Central players: 10 yards

Defenders start on penalty spot

Width: 45 yards total

Central area: 10 yards

Central area to Full backs: 2 x 10 yards

Full backs to Wide players: 2 x 7/8 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
