Set Up & Equipment

  • Each team has one goal to attack in each half

  • Can use floaters at any time

  • Score and receive the next ball

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 50 yards

Wide areas: 2 x 20 yards

Central area: 10 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
